Cancellation Before Dispatch

- Once approved, the full payment will be refunded to the original payment method within 5–7 business days
Orders Already Shipped
- Cancellation requests cannot be processed after an order has been dispatched
- Once delivered, items may only be returned under the Return & Refund Policy
Modifying Orders
- Changes to products or delivery addresses are not allowed after the order is place
- If modifications are required:
- Cancel the existing order, if eligible for cancellation
- Place a new order with updated or corrected details
